- Director of Development, Provost
The Director of Development serves as a front-line fundraiser whose primary responsibility is to identify, expand, diversify, and cultivate relationships with prospective and existing donors, to successfully close gifts and continue the development of the relationship with the University. Reporting to the Provost, directs and collaborates fundraising efforts for the Office of the Provost in assigned areas and in coordination and collaboration with the FIU Foundation.

- Executive Director of Development, Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management
The Executive Director of Development is the chief fundraising officer and a key member of the leadership team for the Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CSHTM). This executive will provide visionary strategic and operational leadership to build and grow a comprehensive advancement program. The Executive Director is charged with designing and executing innovative fundraising strategies to support the school's ambitious mission, vision, and campaign goals. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, you will develop and achieve long-range financial targets, with a significant focus on securing principal and major gifts ($500K+). As the leader of the school's development team, you will mentor staff and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. - Executive Director, Estate & Planned Giving
Manages and enhances a planned giving program that is focused on securing gifts through trusts, annuities, and testamentary giving to meet organizational goals. Builds a multi-year strategic plan and set priorities for FIU that best serves the growing number of centralized and unit-based fundraising staff and Alumni Association. Identifies, cultivates, and solicits major and principal level outright and deferred gift prospects independently and in partnership with colleagues from across the University. Oversees marketing initiatives for deferred and outright gifting techniques to various internal and external audiences. The position works with all areas of the University in coordination with University and Foundation leadership.

- Principal Gifts Officer
The Principal Gifts Officer leads the development and execution of a strategic plan to secure investments of $1,000,000 and above to support the mission and vision of FIU and advance the campaign priorities, institutional strategic plan. The position requires the experience and expertise necessary to foster and build relationships with high-capacity donors and prospects. Working with the Division of University Advancement's senior leadership and in collaboration with university academic and administrative leadership, the Principal Gifts Officer will serve as the lead facilitator and manager. S/he will work to effectively engage and respond to these individuals as partners, according to their interests and expertise, and alignment with the University's mission and strategic plan.

The Executive Director of Development serves as the leading fundraising and solicitation officer for the College of Engineering & Computing (CEC). Provides strategic and operational leadership in the development, implementation, management, and growth of a comprehensive fundraising program aligned with CEC's mission, vision, campaign priorities, and long-term goals. Works closely with University Advancement leadership and the Dean to establish and execute annual and multi-year fundraising goals, including leadership and principal gift($500K+) and directs all development, stewardship, board management oversight, corporate engagement, and alumni relations activities for the College. The ED manages the College's development team, leads strategic fundraising initiatives, and proactively cultivates a personal portfolio of major and principal gift prospects to secure philanthropic support for CEC's academic, research, and student-success priorities.

- Assistant Athletic Director of Development
The Assistant Athletic Director of Development provides comprehensive strategic direction in the development and implementation of a fundraising program for FIU Intercollegiate Athletics. Develops, implements, and manages a comprehensive and strategic fundraising program in support of the units goals and objectives. Proactively identifies new partnerships to engage and generate philanthropic support. Secures philanthropic contributions through capital, annual, endowment and planned gifts in support of FIU Athletics, student-athletes, programs and coaching in their quest for excellence.
