Elliot N. Stone founded and operates Royal Castle Companies, a real estate investment firm that owns, manages, and develops commercial and multifamily residential properties in several states. The firm specializes in affordable multifamily development. Mr. Stone was born in Miami with a multigenerational history in the area dating back to the 1920’s on his father’s side of the family and the 1930’s on his mother’s side of the family. Mr. Stone is married to Bonnie Sockel-Stone, a prominent family law attorney and they have two children, Lily (20) and Elizabeth (16). Mr. Stone’s community involvement includes founding a housing and social services not for profit, Community Housing Initiative in 1993 that still thrives today in the Melbourne, Florida area. Mr. Stone currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Jewish Museum of Florida-FIU, as well as, the FIU Foundation Board.
