The FIU Office of Alumni Relations & Annual Giving connects alumni, parents, faculty, staff and friends to FIU by offering ways to support our university financially. Through fundraising, volunteer work and events, we help enhance FIU’s future by providing the necessary resources to sustain our excellence in academics, research and community service. In short, by connecting supporters to numerous areas, departments, schools and programs, we make FIU an even more amazing Worlds Ahead institution.

Support Your Passion

Annual gifts to FIU allow you to support areas and programs that are most meaningful to you. Whether it’s a specific college, academic program, student activity, athletic team or scholarship, you can designate your gift to any area you choose. Gifts may also be unrestricted, allowing the university the flexibility to address FIU’s greatest needs.

Every Gift Counts!

No matter the size of your gift, all philanthropic support has a significant impact for students at FIU. Last year, gifts of $100 or less added up to more than $300,000 in support for the university. Gifts of every size make a substantial difference in funding scholarships, academic programs, technology upgrades, facility enhancements and more. Each year, every gift, regardless of the amount, improves the FIU experience for our students.
